In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply:

• "0kada," "we," "us," or "our" refers to 0kada Casino, the online gaming platform operated through the domain 0kada.cam and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers an account with, or uses any services provided by 0kada Casino.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration with 0kada Casino.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, features, and functions offered through the 0kada platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related entertainment services.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions, including all amendments, modifications, and supplementary documents incorporated by reference.

• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a Player to their 0kada Account for the purpose of wagering.

Headings and section titles are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute, regulation, or legal provision include any modification, amendment, or re-enactment thereof.

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with 0kada Casino. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gambling regulations and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete. 0kada reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance or winnings.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of accessing our Services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 0kada complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. 0kada does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, and we employ geolocation technology to verify player locations.

2.3 One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one Account with 0kada. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. This includes accounts registered under different names, email addresses, physical addresses, or payment methods but linked to the same individual. 0kada employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multiple accounts, 0kada reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, void all transactions, and confiscate any balances or winnings without notice or compensation.

2.4 Account Registration Process: To register an Account, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. This information must match the details on your government-issued identification documents. You agree to keep your Account information current and to notify 0kada immediately of any changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

2.5 Identity Verification: 0kada operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements. Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter at our discretion, you will be required to provide documentation verifying your identity, age, and address. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3.1 Login Credentials Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify 0kada of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. 0kada will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonus claims. You agree that 0kada is entitled to treat all transactions as valid and binding if they are made using your correct login credentials, regardless of whether such use was authorized by you.

3.3 Prohibited Account Uses: You agree not to use your Account for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: (a) allowing third parties to access or use your Account; (b) using your Account for money laundering or terrorist financing; (c) using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets; (d) colluding with other players; (e) exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors; (f) engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior; (g) harassing other players or 0kada staff; and (h) attempting to gain unauthorized access to other Accounts or 0kada systems.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination: 0kada reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authorities. Upon termination, you forfeit any pending bonuses and 0kada may withhold any balances or winnings if termination was due to your breach of these Terms. If your Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Terms violations, 0kada will process any legitimate withdrawable balance in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

3.5 Voluntary Account Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting 0kada customer support. Before processing an account closure request, 0kada will process any pending withdrawals and cancel any active bonuses. Once an account is voluntarily closed, you may not reopen it or register a new Account for a minimum period of 6 months unless you can demonstrate that the closure was made in error.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits: 0kada supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and other payment methods displayed on our platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or financial instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned to the source and potential account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Processing Times: Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account immediately. However, bank transfer deposits may take 1-3 business days to process depending on your financial institution. 0kada is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures: You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully verified with completed KYC documentation; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited; (c) withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name; and (d) withdrawals must meet minimum withdrawal thresholds as specified on the platform.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times: 0kada strives to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, while bank transfers may take 2-5 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. 0kada reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits and Fees: Withdrawal limits are displayed on the platform and may vary based on your VIP tier or account status. 0kada does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing times, though expedited withdrawal options may be available for a fee. Third-party payment processors may charge their own transaction fees, which are beyond 0kada's control.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 0kada may require you to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawals are permitted. Suspicious transactions or patterns may be reported to relevant authorities. 0kada cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory agencies in investigating potential money laundering activities.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses offered by 0kada are available to eligible players at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to exclude any player from promotional offers without explanation. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be claimed by professional gamblers or those who systematically abuse promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed at the time of offer and must be accepted before claiming the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 25x wagering requires ₱25,000 in total wagers before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotions; deliberately delaying game rounds to complete wagering after a bonus expires; and using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their accounts may be permanently suspended.

5.5 Bonus Expiration: All bonuses have expiration dates or timeframes within which wagering requirements must be completed. These timeframes are clearly stated in each bonus's terms. Upon expiration, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are automatically forfeited. 0kada is not obligated to extend bonus expiration dates for any reason.

6.1 Game Integrity: All games offered by 0kada use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures that ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be predicted or manipulated by 0kada or players. Third-party testing agencies regularly audit our games to verify fairness and compliance with industry standards. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in game information and represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees of individual session results.

6.2 Bet Acceptance and Settlement: All bets are subject to 0kada's acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless a technical error is identified. Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority. 6.3 Prohibited Gaming Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms: (a) using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets or play games; (b) exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for profit; (c) colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; (d) card counting in live dealer games; (e) arbitrage betting or other forms of advantage play that exploit promotional offers; (f) delaying game rounds in certain games to manipulate outcomes or meet bonus requirements; and (g) any form of hacking, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access to game software.

6.4 Game Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect payout, 0kada reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error. If a malfunction causes incorrect winnings to be credited to your Account, those winnings are considered invalid and will be deducted. Similarly, if a malfunction prevents correct winnings from being credited, 0kada will credit the correct amount upon verification. Players must report suspected game malfunctions to customer support immediately upon discovery.

6.5 Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute concerning game outcomes, bet settlement, or interpretation of these Terms, 0kada's decision is final and binding. All game and transaction records are stored securely and may be reviewed in case of disputes. Players may contact customer support to initiate a dispute investigation. 0kada will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 7 business days. If you are unsatisfied with 0kada's resolution, you may escalate the matter to relevant regulatory authorities.
